1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tilpas's platform and services (the “Service”) provided by TILPAS ApS (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Denmark. By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

TILPAS provides an online platform for creating and customizing designs. Our Service includes:

Design customization tools
Template library access
Design storage and management
Order processing and fulfillment

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account
Not share your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Tilpas and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

When you create designs using our Service:

You retain ownership of your original content
You grant us a license to use your designs to provide and improve our Service
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
Upload harmful or malicious content
Attempt to breach our security measures
Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Prices are shown in Danish Krone (DKK) and include VAT where applicable.

Our refund policy:

Custom orders cannot be refunded once production has begun
Defective products can be returned within 14 days of receipt

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TILPAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
